= 231 cm^2

CSA = 2πrh

= 1/3 × 231 = 77cm^2.

Now here we have two equations and two variables.

2πrh + 2πr^2 = 231

77 + 2πr^2 = 231

2πr^2 = 231 - 77 = 154

r^2 = 154×7/22×2 = 49/2

R = 7/√2

2πrh = 77

h = 77×7×√2/22×2 = 49/2√2.
