For the first one hour,
60= distance/1
Distance travelled = 60kms
For the next half an hour,
40 = Distance/(1/2)
Distance = 40(1/2)
Distance =20kms
Average speed = total distance/ total time
= 60+20/1+(1/2)
=80/(3/2)
= 80Ă—2/3
= 53.33 kmph
