When a person is unable to breathe, he can be given some treatments as first aid or home remedy. The first try should be applying some pressure on the guy's heart by pressing on his chest near his heart, if he is not responding, try to give him some air through mouth which is called artificial breathing. If it doesn't respond, then one should call a doctor immediately.
