Original height = 3 m Every month = 0.1 m Final height = 3.5 m So Final height - Original height = Height grown = 3.5 m - 3.0 m = 0.5 m So it has grown 0.5 m Number of months = Height grown / Growth in one month = 0.5 / 0.1 = 5 Hence after 5 month it would be 3.5 m tall. Hope my answer will help.
