It tells us about the trees who are enclosed wooden house and they are trying to come out of the window pane by breaking the glass of the window. the poet here has also compared the trees as women's. for example in late 19th centuries women were not allowed to go out of their homes So the poet is saying that they are trying to go out and they are successful in going out of the house and trees of the window pane. there is also one important point in this poem that is the winds are rushing to meet the trees when they are moving out;
