SOLUTION - :

LET,SIDE OF THE CUBE BE x

ACCORDING TO THE QUESTION,

TSA of a cube = volume of cube

6( {a)}^{2} = (a {})^{3} \\ a = 6

WE KNOW THAT,

lsa \: of \: \: cube = 4 ({a})^{2} \\ lsa \: of \: \: cube = 4 \times 36 \\ lsa \: of \: \: cube = 144 \: units

THEREFORE, 144 UNITS IS THE LATERAL SURFACE AREA OF CUBE.
