Volume of cylinder is 111.7473 sq cm.

  1. Total Surface Area of cylinder given is 2πr(r+h) = 154 and height given is 2.3 cm.
  2. On substituting the value of h in the above equation we get a quadratic equation in 'r' as πr² + 2.3π - 77 =0
  3. On solving this equation we get radius as r=3.9326 and r= -6.2326
  4. As radius cannot be negative we consider the positive value and calculate volume of cylinder as πr²h = π * (3.9326)² * 2.3 = 111.7473 sq. cm.
