given that ,
3(2πrh)=2(2πr^2 + (2πrh))
3(2πrh)=2(231)
2πrh=2(77)
then,
2πr^2=2(2πrh)
πr^2=2πrh
22/7×r^2=2(77)
2/7×r^2=7×2
r=7
h=3.5
πr^2h=539...
hope it is correct and will help u..

TSA= 231
CSA=2πrh
CSA=2/3×231

2πrh=2/3×231
2×22/7×rh×3/2=231
66rh=1617
________
h=1617/66r
~~~~~~~~~~
TSA=2πr(r+h)
231=2×22/7×r(r+1617/66r)
231×7/22×1/2=r^2+1617/66
1617/44=r^2+539/22
1617/44 - 539/22=r^2
1617/44 - 1078/44=r^2
539/44=r^2
7/2=r
3.5=r
VOLUME=πr^2h
=22/7×35/10×35/10×{1617/66r}
=22×5/10×35/10×7
=26950/100
=269.5
