Looking into the History Turkish Invasion undoubtedly opened the bad political unity which India had among the Rajput rulers

After the death of Harshvardhana there was a huge political fued in India. North India was surrounded by a lot of problems and everyone was busy capturing small and native states.

Mahmud Ghazni attacked India in 11th century and defeated Kings of Peshawar.
