The two adjacent angles of a quadrilateral are 40 degrees and 140 degrees. The other two adjacent angles are equal. What is the measure of each of these equal angles?

so

40+140+x+x=360

180+2x=360

2x=360-180

2x=180

x=180/2

x=90

so the other two are 90
