=====================

Formula to be used.
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-
 \bf \: = > force(f) = mass(m) \times acceleration(g)
 \\ \\ \bf \: \: = > pressure(p) = force(f) \div area(a)
__________________________
Given:-
=-=-=-=-=
=> Acceleration or Gravity (g) =10 m/s²

=> Area of cross-section (a) = 10 cm ²

 = \frac{10}{100 \times 100} = 0.001 \: \: m ^{2}

=> Mass (m) = 40 kg
_________________________

Now.
=-=-=-

 \bf \: = > force(f) = m \times g = 40 \times 10 = 400 \: \: newton \\ \\ \bf \: = > pressure(p) = f \div a = \frac{400}{0.001 } = 4 \times {10}^{5} \: pascal \\ \\ \bf \: = 4 \: \: bar. \:\: or \: \: 4\times {10}^{5 } Pa
