Let the number be XY.

Given, 10X + Y = 3(X + Y)
7X - 2Y = 0 ____(1)

Given, (10Y + X) - (10X + Y) = 45
Y - X = 5 ____(2)

(1) + 2×(2) gives 5X = 10. X = 2. So, Y = 7

Therefore the number is 27
