So two sides are equal and one angle is 90°,
Given that equal sides are of 12m length,
The two equal sides can only be Sides that are not Hypotenuse, Because if one of the side is Hypotenuse, Then the normal side would be 0, So the two sides of 12m are on either side of 90°,
Sides which are on either side of 90° are Base and Height, So the equal sides are Base and Height ,
Area of triangle = 1/2 * Base * Height,
Now area of the Traingle = 1/2 * 12 * 12 = 72m²,
So therefore the area of triangle = 72m²,
