Let the length of each leg be x cm

Now, By Pythagoras Theorem

x {}^{2} + x {}^{2} = 50 \\ \\ = > 2x {}^{2} = 50 \\ \\ = > x {}^{2} = \frac{50}{2} = 25 \\ \\ = > x = \sqrt{25 } \\ \\ = > x = 5

Hence, the length of each leg is 5 cm
