The two polynomials x cube +2x square -px-7 and x cube + PX square -12 x + 6 are divided by( X + 1 )and (X - 2)respectively and if the reminder R¹and R² are obtained and if 2R¹+R²=6, then let us calculate the value of p.

Answer:

R¹ = -6-p

R²= 4p+10

by using above relation b/w R¹ and R² ,we get

p = 14
