Area of the parallelogram

= b × h
= 8 × 3 = 24 square cm.

but

Area = 6 × h

24 = 6h

h = 4 cm

With the area being the exact product of side lengths, (8*6=48) this parallelogram is also a rectangle.

Diagonal can easily be found via pythagorean theorem.

Diagonal lengths are both = 10 cm
