Find the last side as 324 - 85 - 154 metres
= 85 m
using herons formulae,
s = 324/2 = 162 m
area \:  =  \:  \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}
putting in the values we get
area \:  =  \sqrt{162(162 - 85)(162 - 85)(162 - 154)}  \\  =  \sqrt{162(77)(77)8}
simplify this to get area = 2772 m^2
