Let the other two side be x cm.

given \:  -  {hypo}^{2}  = 50 \:  {cm}^{2}

Using PGT

{h}^{2}  = {p}^{2}  +  {b }^{2}

50 =  {x}^{2}  +  {x}^{2}

50 = 2 {x}^{2}

\frac{50}{2}  =  {x}^{2}

25 =  {x}^{2}

\sqrt{25}  = x

5 = x

So,length of its side =5 cm
