Answer: b= 10, c=24

Step-by-step explanation:

sum of zeroes of  quadratic polynomial = -coefficient of x

product of zeroes of  quadratic polynomial = constant term

so for p(x) = ax^2 + bx + c

=> -4 + -6 = - b

=> b= 10

and

=> -4 x -6 = c

=> c = 24

therefore p(x) = ax^2-10x+24

A quadratic equations will be if the zeros are given in the form of

x^2-(alpha+beta)X+alphabeta

Alpha =-4,beta =-6

Sum of the zeros = -4+-6=-10

Product of the zeros = -4*-6=24

X^2-(-10)X+24

X^2+10x+24 is the polynomial

Here b= 10

C= 24
