Sum of zeroes = -(coefficient of x) / coefficient of x^2

-4+(-6) = -b/a

-4-6 = -b/a

-10 = -b/a

B/a = 10

Product of zeroes = constant term / coefficient of x^2

-4*-6 = c/a

24 = c/a

So ,the value of b = 10
