cotton can mostly grows in maharashtra because Maharashtra is Rich in Black soil which is necessary for good cotton growth
example 2: Rice
Rice needs lots of water.As we know clayey soil can absorb more water and don't drain it.
so rice can be only grown in places with clayey soil
example 3:Shrubs, climbers, grasses and perennials such as Mahonia,can be only grown in silty soil .
