On that time the migrant people came to London in search of employment and settled there for better future but after few year in early 19th century and late 18th century london was over crowed. To solve the housing problem underground railways were introduced in London and for it's construction 900 houses were destroyed but a green belt formed around the city and houses were build and population transferred from city to the green belt and housing crisis solved.
