here, we know 1!=1,2!=2,3!=6,4!=24,5!=120,6!=720 ......
now here we see that from 5 factorial each factorial term contains at least one 2 and 5 as their factor so they are the multiple of 10 and hence their last digit will be 0
now,
unit digit of 1!+2!+3!+4!+5!+6!+7!.........999! would also be the unit digit of 1!+2!+3!+4! because all other term have unit digit 0 which will not add up.
so, 1!+2!+3!+4!=1+2+6+24=33 so the unit digit is 3
therefore the unit digit of 1!+2!+3!+4!+......999! will be 3
