As real gas equation is
( P + an^2/V^2) ( V- nb) = nRT
As Here Pressure (P) is added to an^2/V^2
that means an^2/V^2 will have unit of pressure
As P = a n^2/v^2 in terms of unit
a = P V^2/n^2
P has unit atm
V = litre
n = mole
So a = atm litre^2 mole^-2
So A option should be atm litre ^2 mole^-2
