from hooks law ,
we know,
F = -Kx
where F is force , K is force constant of spring . and x is elongation or compression length .

so, unit of K = unit of F/x
= N/m
hence ,force constant of spring = N/m
( Newton per meter )

It can be given by Hooke's Law
F = -kx
Where, F- force towards the equilibrium
k - spring constant whose units is
N/m ( newton/ meter)
And x - displacement of it.
Thus, we can know it's unit is
N/m
Thanks ^_^
