The unit of Heat is Joule cause heat is also a type of energy while the units in which temperature is measured is either °Celsius or °Fahrenheit or Kelvin.

Its false...

Both of em are completely different physical quantities the latter being temperature itself and former, a type of energy.

Unit of heat is Joule or calorie(calorie is preffered despite joule being Standard)

For temperature its°C, °F, or Kelvin(K).
