Seeing as we already have the units digit, 3, we must work out the other third of the question.

Listing all two digit numbers with a unit digit of 3. 13 23 33 43 53 63 73 83 93.


And from this point of view, we must work out the last third, how many of these are multiples of 7. We can clearly see that there is only one, and I will let you work it out yourself. (Hint: It is not 13 23 33 43 53 83 or 93)
