Given :-

Length of wire = L = 1 m

Radius of wire = r = 2 mm = 2 × 10-³ m

Angle of twist = Ø = 45°

Now, Using the relation i.e.

r/L = ϵ⁰/Ø

ϵ⁰ = rØ/L

ϵ⁰ = 2 × 10-³ × 45°/1

ϵ⁰ = 90° × 10-³

ϵ⁰ = 0.09°
