the upper mantle has an average temperature of 870°C and its rocks are in semi-solid state but inner core has temperature of 5000°C but its mass is full solid form even its temperature is much more than that of upper mantle. Why is it so?

That is because as the inner core is at the centre of the Earth a lot of pressure is exerted on the inner core which is why the particles are packed together and the stick together which makes it a solid.
