the upper mantle has an average temperature of 870°C and its rocks are in semi-solid state but inner core has temperature of 5000°C but its mass is full solid form even its temperature is much more than that of upper mantle. Why is it so?​

That is because as the inner core is at the centre of the Earth a lot of pressure is exerted on the inner core which is why the particles are packed together and the stick together which makes it a solid.
