Answer:

In triangle ADB and ADC,

AD= DA (common side)

Angle ADB= angle ADC= 90 degree (AD is perpendicular to BC)

AB=BC (sides of equilateral triangle are equal in length)

By R-H-S,

Triangle ADB is congruent to triangle ADC. (ans.) --- (i)

By corresponding parts of congruent triangles,

BD=CD (ans.)---- (ii)

In Triangle ABD and triangle BCF,

BC= AB (see earlier)

Angle F= Angle D= 90 degree

Angle B= Angle B (common angle)

By A-A-S,

Triangles ADB and BCF are congruent,

By c.p.c.t,

AD=CF (ans.)--- (iv)

In triangles ABD and BEC,

BC=AB

Angle E= Angle D

Angle B= Angle C

By A-A-S,

Triangles ADB and BEC are congruent. (ans.)---- (iii)

HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!
