the urban is the cities whereas rural is the village areas . The people in urban and rural areas are rich they have the money to pay for the school that's why they were sending their children to the private school and for their proper education whereas the people who were extremely poor this doesn't matter whether they were from rural areas or urban areas of the people were poor they didn't have much money to send their children to the private school that's why they send their children to government schools .
