No it is false. The trends of urban migration is still persistent as people often move/relocate to urban areas for their lifestyle improvement as well as for getting better facilities.
This is applicable for developed and under developed countries both. Now the trend has become a global one, however, the population of urban areas justify the actuality of this trend.
