The use of non-conventional sources of energy is becoming necessary in our country b'coz of the following reasons:
1)the conventional sources of energy when burnt causes pollution while nonconventional sources of energy are ecofriendly.
2)the conventional sources of energy requires a large amount of money for expenditure while nonconventional sources of energy requires only a small amount of money as expenditure(only inorder to set up  the power plants).
3)conventional sources of energy are nonrenewable sources while nonconventional sources of energy are renewable sources.........

This is because:

i)Conventional source of energy do less pollution and India is having an increasing rate of carbon dioxide emission.
ii)India's population is increasing and using non-conventional energy source for longer time would deplete them.
iii)Some non-conventional energy source, like crude oil, which are very important must be saved by using conventional source of energy.
