Sorry, thanku and excuse me is  just express ur ettiquetes and decency....these words not only define urr personality but also represent  urr class ....remember Cass and standard is not only about urr lifestyle or the way u carry urr clothes, urr class define by urr words and urr way to treat other !! Say sorry when u commit any mistake, don't forget to say thankyou if someone helps uhh in any way and at last if u r causing any inconvenience to other in a minor way say "excuse me "
