• Rajya Sabha is the upper Parliament house. It has a maximum of 245 members in the house.

• Rajya sabha played a key role in making the Constitution. Rajya Sabha has equal powers to the Loksabha except in money bills.

Limitations:

Rajya Sabha has some restrictions in certain areas.
