Steps to add comment:

1. Open a spreadsheet, presentation, or document on your computer.
2. The text, photos, cells, or slides you want to comment on should be highlighted.
3. Click Add comment in the toolbar to submit a comment. Make a comment.
4. Write a comment.
5. Select Comment.

Steps to edit or delete a comment:

1. Open a spreadsheet, presentation, or document on your computer.
2. Click More More on the comment you want to amend or delete.
