Your public areas are the focal point of your establishment, they are the first impression when someone comes in and the last thing people see before they leave.
When you walk into a building would you want them to have a dirty floors, windows that haven’t been cleaned and dusty furniture? No we don't, when we as human beings go out we want to be able to walk into a place that’s cleaner than our own homes if they aren’t we will start to criticize every detail of the building even start on how some of their staff looks.
