The resistance of the resistor  =  1.96 Ω

Explanation:

We know that :

  • The equation of the line  =  y = mx  + c
  • m = Tan( angle amde with  x axis)
  • Here at Voltage = x-axis
  • current (I) =   Y-axis

I  = Tan27° V  + c

As the resistance passes through 0, 0

Therefore  c = 0

I = Tan 27° V

V/I  = Cot(27°)

R =  Cot

27°

R = 1.96

Cot(27°)  = 1.96

The resistance of the resistor  =  1.96 Ω
