This is the second time I'm answering this question, lmao. But I will answer it again.

First acceleration = 20-0/20 = 1 m/s.

Second acceleration = 0 because object is moving at constant velocity.

Third acceleration = 80-20/10 = 6 m/s.

Fourth acceleration = 80-0/40 = 2m/s.

Hence max. acceleration is 6m/s.
