To find :

  • we need to show 0.0505....in the form of p/q where p and q are integer &q not equal to 0.

Solution :

  { \blue{ \mathscr{  \underline{Let : -  }}}}

x = 0.0505.... ⠀⠀⠀⠀1)

  • Multiplying equation (1) By 100

100x = 5 .0505.... ⠀⠀⠀⠀2)

Now,

  • Subtracting equation (1) from (2)

we get,

››➔ 9x = 5

  • We need to find the value of x

››➔ x = 9/5

As we know that x = 0.0505 ....

Hence,

  • Value of 0.0505.... in the form of p/q is 9/5.
