and also 1-sin^2 a =cos^2 a:

and 1-cos^2 a =sin^2 a:

this reduced to

cos^2 a /sin a * sin^2 a/cos a * 1/sin a *cos a

all of these cancell each other as they are in division and multiplication so answer is 1
