 \sqrt{20}  +  \sqrt{5}  =  \sqrt{4}  \times  \sqrt{5}  +  \sqrt{5}  \\  =  \sqrt{5} ( \sqrt{4}  + 1) \\  =  \sqrt{5}  \times (2 + 1) \\  = 3 \sqrt{5}
