Follow this rule of exponents for the answer

 \frac{ {x}^{m} }{ {x}^{y} }  =  {x}^{m - y}

So using this rule we get

 \frac{ {3}^{ 5} }{ {3}^{ - 6} }  =  {3}^{5 - ( - 6)}  =  {3}^{5 + 6}  =  {3}^{11}
