And its current value is Rs.75000

To find,

Its value at the End of 3 years

Solution,

We have to apply the Written Down Value(WDV) method to solve this question

Value of machine after 1 Year

= Rs. 75000(1-0.08)%

= Rs. 69000

Value of Machine after 2 years

= Rs. 69000(1-0.08)%

= Rs. 63480

Value of Machine after 3 years

= Rs. 63480(1-0.08)%

= Rs. 58401.6

Hence the value of the machine after 3 years would be Rs.58401.6.
