 Given \: Linear \: equation \: in \:two \\ variables  \: is : \pink {ax + by + c = 0}

 To \: find \: value \: a \: when \: y = 3 ,\\we \: have \: substitute \: y = 3 \: in \:the \: Equation

 ax + b \times 3 + c = 0

 \implies ax + 3b + c = 0

 \implies ax = - (3b+c)

 \implies a = \frac{- (3b+c)}{x}

Therefore.,

 \red { Value \:of \: a \:when \:y = 3 } \green { \:is\: \frac{-(3b+c)}{x}}
