option A

Explanation:

Three 2 ohm resistance are in series so it's equivalent is 6ohm and this 6ohm is parallel with another 6ohm which is parallel to voltage source.current will be devided equally in both 6ohm resistance.that is equal to 2amp.three 2ohm resistance are in series so current will be same in all.

voltage across 2ohm will be product of current and resistance.it will be 4volt

is there any confusions??
