The value of G in CGS system is given below. Calculate the value in SI unit.

we know that 1 N =10⁵ dyne so 1 dyne =10^-5N

1 metre =100 cm so 1 cm = 10^-2m

1kg =1000 g so 1 g = 10^-3kg

so in CGS system value of G is 6.67×10^-8 dyne cm² g^-2

so in S.I the value of G is 6.67×10^-8 ×10^-5×10^-4 ×10⁶

N m² kg^-2

so solving the above we get G = 6.67× 10^-11 N m² kg^-2
