In the Newton's law of gravitation Force is directly proportional to Mass of two objects(m1 and m2) and it is inversely proportional to the square of distance between them(r^2)and the formula becomes

F =(G×m1×m2)/r^2

Here, in this formula there is G. It is the Universal gravitational constant. The value of G remains same at all places. Note that there is a difference between g(g) and capital g(G).'g' is acceleration due to gravity and 'G' is universal gravitational constant. Unit of G is Nm^2/kg^2

G = 6.67 × 10^-11 Nm^2/kg^2
