2x +5y =0=>2x = -5y . . . . . . . . . . . . .(i)
kx +10y =0=> kx = -10y . . . . . . . . . . . .(ii)
from (i) and (ii),
kx/2x = -5y/(-10y)
=>k/2 = 2
=>k = 2*2
=> k = 4 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . (Ans)
kx +10y =0=> kx = -10y . . . . . . . . . . . .(ii)
