 Given \: p(z) = z^{4} - z^{2} + z

 Value \: of \: p\Big( \frac{1}{2}\Big) \\= \Big(\frac{1}{2}\Big)^{4} - \Big(\frac{1}{2}\Big)^{2} +\frac{1}{2}\\= \frac{1}{16} - \frac{1}{4} + \frac{1}{2} \\= \frac{1-4+8}{16} \\= \frac{5}{16}

Therefore.,

\red{ Value \: of \: p\Big( \frac{1}{2}\Big)}\green { = \frac{5}{16}}
